Where the stock comes from

Clearance, overstock and end-of-line from major UK retailers. When a line is discontinued, over-ordered or simply did not sell, it has to be cleared — and that is what fills our pallets.

It is why the mix changes every week, and why you will find a kitchen gadget next to a suitcase.

Why nothing comes back

Clearance stock is not restocked. What is on the shelf is what exists, and once it has gone it has gone for good.

That is the trade: the price is lower than the high street, but there is no waiting for the next delivery.

Why is it so much cheaper than the high street?

Because it is clearance. When a line is discontinued, over-ordered or simply did not sell, it has to go somewhere. We buy it by the pallet from major UK retailers and pass the saving on.

Is it genuine branded stock?

Yes. These are the same branded lines the shops were selling — bought as clearance and overstock rather than seconds or copies.

Will you get more once something sells out?

Almost never. Clearance stock is not restocked, so what is on the shelf is what exists. If you are looking at something you want, that is the one.

Can I come and look before I buy?

Yes — all three warehouses are open to the public. Addresses, opening times and directions are on the Find us page.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically with you in 3 to 5 working days.

What if something is not right when it arrives?

Tell us and we will put it right. The full terms are in our refund policy.

Do you sell in bulk or to trade?

We do. Send us the details through wholesale enquiries and we will come back to you.

How can I pay?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Union Pay, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. In the warehouses you can pay at the counter.
