Returns & Exchanges Policy

(Online Purchases Only – Does Not Apply to In-Store Sales)

Returns Eligibility

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrectly supplied (misplaced/wrong item sent)

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Any return accepted under exceptional circumstances is at our discretion.


Condition of Returned Items

Where a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in an unsuitable condition


Return Responsibility & Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • Returned items must be securely packaged and sent using a trackable service

  • Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected

If the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), a refund will be processed once the item is received. Postage reimbursement is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


No Unauthorised Returns

Returns sent without prior approval or without a completed return form may delay processing.

If we are unable to contact you regarding an unidentified return within 30 days, we reserve the right to:

  • Return the item to you, or

  • Process a refund (if eligible) minus a £5 administration fee


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


Clothing, Bedding & Soft Goods

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use

  • Bedding or soft goods that have been opened or unsealed

Only unused, sealed items may be considered for return if damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, you may place a new order separately once the return has been received.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned at your own cost

This does not override exclusions for hygiene, sale items, or personalised goods.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear after approval
